Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind Noloflow 100%. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 90 days of your order date — no questions asked.


What's covered:


  • All Noloflow products, including opened pouches

  • Full purchase price refunded (excluding original shipping fees)

  • One refund per customer household


How to request a refund: Email us at support@getnoloflow.com with your order number and we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days. You do not need to return the product.


Refund timeline: Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.


Exceptions:


  • Refunds must be requested within 90 days of the original order date

  • We reserve the right to limit refund requests that appear fraudulent or abusive

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us at support@getnoloflow.com within 30 days. We'll ship a replacement at no charge.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your account portal or by emailing support@getnoloflow.com. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming order. Subscription cancellations do not automatically trigger a refund for orders already placed.
